kind of weakness and the reason is due to upset stomach, when the food that you eat
is not digesting, it means your stomach is not working properly. When food will digest properly it will give
you all the vitamins and nutritionist that your body need. Otherwise you will not get these nutrition
from food if your stomach is not digesting. Normally For getting power and strength we
eat different types of multivitamins and food supplements from several years but we fails,
because our stomach is not giving us nutrition even from food
then how we can get from multivitamins, and we never think that the only way to get nutrition is to make our stomach healthy. Now 1st of all we need to cure our stomach
and for that you need to do 5 simple things. Cook you foods in pottery. All the foods that we made in any metal bowl
basically its not being cooked it just thaw. All of our diseases causes just because our stomach is not working properly because we
are eating foods that is not cooked. We use pressure cooker to make meat, and beans
soft but not for cooked , so please try to make your
foods in pottery. Cook your foods in mustard oil. Different types of cooking oils that we buy
in superstore can easily freeze, so it will also freeze inside your stomach. Please Buy that oil which never freeze and the most best oil
is mustard oil. Change your salt . Use that salt that come from rocks, pink Himalayan
salt is the best salt for eat. Pink Himalayan salt contains 84 different
minerals. This salt is the most expensive salt because
of its benefits. Iodize and sea salt is not healthful for our
stomach, so try to get the pink Himalayan salt for eat. Change your Sugar : If you want to make your stomach strong then
use jaggery as your sweet. All other sweets like white sugar brown sugar
is not healthy for your stomach. Change your Drinking Water. We never think the water that we are drinking
is 100% natural or not. We must drink 100% natural water which don’t
include any kind of minerals in it. Water that come from the earth is the best
natural water that makes our stomach healthy and strong. and it has all the minerals that my body requires. For the best usage of natural water for drink
you need to take cotton cloth fold it 3 times and filter the water with it and save that water into
clay pot. This is most best drinking water that will
make your stomach healthy and powerful. And also, drink water 30 minutes before eating
and 90 minutes after eating. And eat 60% in Breakfast 30% in lunch and
10% in Dinner and do your dinner minimum 2 hours before go to sleep. Because you are not the only one who need rest at night, all your
body parts also need rest but if you make your stomach full of food before sleep, it
will cause you different kinds of diseases after some
