Tonight’s topic is breath; bad breath and one simple way to help prevent it. Drink
Water. When you get up in the morning drink two big glasses of water at least
16 ounces. That flushes your kidneys, cleans out everything, gets you hydrated fast
and it makes your breath refresher because you’re not dehydrated. Keep it up
though during the day less water more frequently so you don’t overload your
kidneys. I’ve got more tips to come if you’re interested. So give me a thumbs up
