Hello everyone. Let’s see how to preserve orange, tangerine or clementine peel. Put the peels in water for 2-3 days, changing the water every now and then. This is the result after 3 days. Drain the peels in a pan, adding an equivalent weight of sugar. Cook over low heat. Peels will cook in their own syrup. This is the result after 10 minutes. The syrup is now very thick. Stir. The sugar will crystallize. Turn off the heat. Leave to dry on a plate for a few hours. What a wonderful aroma! This peel has been preserved in a jar for about 1 month.
