some freshly chopped ginger, add it to your tea and boil the tea. Drink this everyday.
Ginger is very good to help release gas that is stuck in the digestive system. This remedy is very very simple. Just chew
a few mint leaves during the day to make sure the food digests properly. For this remedy, all you need is a glass of
water. Add 2 tea spoons of curd to this glass of water. Mix this well. And drink this 3-4
