cider vinegar diluted in water will dissolve acid crystals in the blood and
provides potassium, calcium, and other essential minerals to the body

dilute it a little bit with water, you wash it off in the morning and then acne

  1. Dr. West didn’t you say that when you put acid in your stomach that it pulls minerals out of your body to neutralize the stomach? Apple cider vinegar is a high acid.
