How to lose stomach fat quick tip #6. Do NOT
eat before bed. This is easier said than done but is extremely important if you want to
see lasting results. Try to eat a high-protein dinner around 6-7 PM and nothing after. f
you DO have to eat something after dinner make sure it is a healthy snack like a tablespoon
or two of peanut butter, almonds or an apple. Any food consumed before bed will sit in your
stomach while you sleep and add to your stubborn belly fat. This also goes for drinks as well.
The ONLY beverage you should have before bed is water. Drinks such as soda, iced tea, and
especially alcohol before bed will add to your body fat and give you an unattractive
pot belly! y following this tip you will feel much “lighter” in the morning instead of bloated
and weighted down. After a week or so you will begin to notice a major difference in
the way you feel and eventually your belly fat will start to decrease. That wraps it
