  4. Black cumin seeds works like a Magic. You should have included Black cumin seed inplace of Sesame seed. Actually it contains same nutrients but the nutrition percentage factor is quite higher than sesame seed.

  5. I read and hear about sesame seeds but no one says how long to chew. …Minutes? …Seconds? …5 minutes? …30 minutes?

Also, I looked to buy them but saw so many choices and different colors. Some of the sesame seeds are still hulled and some are unhulled so since these are for 'scrubbing' the teeth I can not imagine which one to get. Can you please be very specific about sesame seeds?

*What kind of sesame seeds do I buy – hulled or unhulled?
*Does it matter the color of seeds? In video you have black seeds… Do I need to use that?
*How long to chew before next using the dry toothbrush to finish with the scrubbing?
*Then, how long do you scrub with a dry toothbrush?
*How often in a week can you do this that it is safe?
*How often in a week Should you do this to see good results?

    Thank you so much! 😀

  16. I use a 4 inch sewing machine needle to crack its borders. After that, it takes a few days of constant brushing with salt and bit more needling removes it. You will bleed in this process so be ready. But watching the taratar flakes come out is worth the pain.
