In our workshop, in the way we address the inner feelings of the body, our senses you will meet the opportunity to connect deeper to yourself and you true needs. You will be able to experience greater intimacy and closeness with your partner. You will rediscover your female qualities. Maybe even develop your qualities to a level, you did not know you had in you. You will be able to defend your boundaries. The boundaries where we say yes please, and no thank you. Your boundaries towards your husband, boundaries towards your children, your coworkers, your boss, We all have to be clear and precise about our boundaries. This is our focus when we dance The Five Rhytms for survivors of cancer. It is incredible what we share and develop through the expressions of the body in a dance. [ Survivors of cancer dancing. ] I feel a liberation of the sexual energy. I feel that. The sexual energy which includes all kinds of creativity. It can give me the desire for drawing, or to paint a picture, and it gives me more self confidence that I am creative. I might serve a plate of fine food in a new way. You know. I just have confidence in myself. You know, that I am able to express myself. That I can express myself in all directions of life.
