Expert Village. Today I am going to demonstrate deep breathing techniques. Friends, remember
that on inhalation the abdomen should expand, so now let’s practice the correct abdominal
breathing technique. Sit in a comfortable position, one hand on the navel. If you’d
like you can gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in and try and push the abdomen
out as far as it’s possible and then gently exhale taking the stomach, the abdomen in.
Let’s do this a couple of more times, are you ready? Yes, so take a deep breath in;
expand the abdomen, breath out and the abdomen contracts and goes in. This is the correct
abdominal breathing technique.
